pan fried chicken


Lagi resepi yg simple..memang mudah utk dibuat..seswai utk dibuat dinner..actually resepi nie dimasak time cuti sem ari 2 kot sebab abah yg nk sgt mkn..mle2 plan nk wt breaded chicken tp sbb mmkirkan kemalasan nk debone whole leg ayam 2..jd plan ditukar..saye gunekan BAHAGIAN DADA AYAM..BYK DGING..resepi nie diserve bsame starches MASHED POTATO N SAUTE VEGETABLE WITH BLACK PAPPER SAUCE O MUSHROOM SAUCE..
A)AYAM
-1 BAHAGIAN DADA AYAM..DEBONE N BSUH BERSIH..
-MERINATE WITH PAPRIKA,BLACK PAPPER CRUNCH,SALT AND SEASONING..
-DAH MERINATE 2 WRAP AYAM 2 THEN SIMPAN DLM CHILLER..LG LAME LG BEST..
Care2 nk msk ayam 2..
-pnskan minyak sedikit dlm pan
-goreng cam biase je but jgn tekan2 aym 2 sebab ia akan myebabkan moisture dlm aym 2 ilg..
-bile dh msk..potong 2 aym 2 bg nmpk kms sket
b)mushroom sauce
-chopped onion n garlic
-slice mushroom(cndawan dlm tin)
-chicken stock
-white roux
*tumis garlic n onion 2 then msukkan cendawan td..after that msukkan chicken stock..tgu smpai mgelegak then ltk white roux..make sure sauce 2 pekat..(napee)
c)MASHED POTATO
-WASH POTATO N BOILED POTATO SAMPAI BTL2 MSK..
-DH MSK 2 RENDAM DLM AIR DAN KOPEK KULITNYE
-MASH KAN POTATO 2 SMPAI HANCUR..LTK SUSU SEGAR N CREAM N SEASONING WITH SALT N PEPPER

nie hasil wt kt umah..sauce tlalu cair..kne tmbh roux ag..
